Omelette is one of the simplest and most delicious egg dishes out there. Whether it's a cheese omelette or a masala one, the seemingly simple recipe can actually be quite tricky at times. It is said that the simple omelette can be a good way to test the skills of a professional chef. Although it may not seem so, it is quite a challenge to cook the omelette perfectly, and flip it without spoiling its shape. This is specially the case for cheese omelette in which the cheese often spills out of the preparation. An Instagram food blogger has found an interesting solution to this by creating a unique 'inside-out' omelette. Wondering what it is? Take a look:
The inside-out omelette recipe was shared by popular Instagram food blogger Yumna, better known as @feelgoodfoodie. She regularly posts healthy and simple recipes for her 2.6 million strong fan following. The inside-out omelette was shared on Instagram Reels, where it received over 1 million views and 38.8k likes.

In the short video clip, Yumna makes a cheese omelette but in reverse. She starts by whisking eggs together for the omelette. Then, she sprinkles grated cheese into a non-stick pan which is then allowed to melt and become crisp. It is important to keep the cheese from sticking to the pan. Then she pours in the whisked egg mixture on top of the molten cheese, along with spices and seasoning. Once the inside-out omelette turns golden-brown from the cheese side, it's cooked and ready to eat!
The amazing trick to make an inside-out omelette was loved by foodies on Instagram. "Seriously - half of my cheese fell outside of my omelette this morning and I thought.. I need to find a way to make this more often. You are definitely in my head," commented one user on the video. What did you think of the viral inside-out omelette recipe?
