  • Start by soaking 2 cups of rice for about 20-25 minutes. Then, add 4 Tbsp of cooking oil to a pressure cooker.
  • Add sliced onion and sauté till golden and crisp. Take out the fried onion and add whole spices in the same oil. Let them splutter.
  • Once done, add 6 hard-boiled eggs, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 2 tbsp biryani masala, 1 tsp black pepper powder, and 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste along with a cup of yogurt. Mix well.
  • Next, add soaked rice on top of gravy and 2 cups of water.
