  • 2 September to 3 September 2024: The festival kicked off with a bang at Miam Patisserie on the 2nd and 3rd of September, where Chef Bani Nanda led an interactive baking demo. Attendees were not just passive observers; they rolled up their sleeves and gained hands-on experience creating a stunning Australian Macadamia Bundt Cake. The rich, nutty flavour of macadamias paired beautifully with the sweet, moist cake -a combination that left everyone craving more.
  • 4 September 2024: Next up is the cocktail workshop at Sidecar on the 4th, led by co-founder Minakshi Singh. If you've never tasted macadamias in a cocktail, you're missing out.
