The Lucknow Biryani is all about layering long-grain rice with marinated meat. What makes it unique is the slow 'dum' cooking method that locks in the flavours and makes it incredibly tender. When served, it is garnished with fresh mint leaves, fried onions, and saffron-infused milk, making it not only delicious but also a feast for the eyes.
