Ingredients of Balochi Gosht
- 1 Kg Mutton
- 100 Gram Onion
- 12 Gram Salt
- 6 Gram Green chilli
- 15 Gram Ginger-Gar;ic paste
- 5 Gram White cumin seeds
- 80 Gram Desi ghee
- 60 Gram Yogurt
How to Make Balochi Gosht

All ingredients are to be mixed in a thick bottomed vessel and put on slow fire.

Add to this sufficient mutton stock to cover. Put this on dum.
3.
After cooking 70 %, use bhunao method and saute till dry.
4.
Add fresh coriander, ginger and green chillli for garnish.Serve hot with Naan or Roti.
