Ingredients of Balochi Gosht

  • 1 Kg Mutton
  • 100 Gram Onion
  • 12 Gram Salt
  • 6 Gram Green chilli
  • 15 Gram Ginger-Gar;ic paste
  • 5 Gram White cumin seeds
  • 80 Gram Desi ghee
  • 60 Gram Yogurt

How to Make Balochi Gosht

All ingredients are to be mixed in a thick bottomed vessel and put on slow fire.

Add to this sufficient mutton stock to cover. Put this on dum.

After cooking 70 %, use bhunao method and saute till dry.
4.
Add fresh coriander, ginger and green chillli for garnish. Serve hot with Naan or Roti.
