Ingredients of Chawli-Moong Chaat

  • 1/2 Cup overnight soaked chawli
  • 1/2 cup overnight soaked green moong
  • 2 tsp onions , chopped
  • 1 tsp green chilli, chopped
  • 2 tsp cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tsp tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • lemon juice/imli water (as per taste)
  • 1.5 tsp cumin-coriander-red chilli powder, (coarsely pounded) , roasted
  • salt and black salt (as per taste)

How to Make Chawli-Moong Chaat

1.
Have the legumes as is or give it a boil in pressure cooker up to 1 whistle.

Transfer the chawli and moong in a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients.
3.
Mix everything well and serve.
