1.Have the legumes as is or give it a boil in pressure cooker up to 1 whistle.
2.Transfer the chawli and moong in a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients.
3.Mix everything well and serve.
Key Ingredients: overnight soaked chawli , overnight soaked green moong , onions , green chilli, cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, Lemon juice/imli water (as per taste), cumin-coriander-red chilli powder, (coarsely pounded) , Salt and black salt (as per taste)
