Ingredients of Chawli-Moong Chaat
- 1/2 Cup overnight soaked chawli
- 1/2 cup overnight soaked green moong
- 2 tsp onions , chopped
- 1 tsp green chilli, chopped
- 2 tsp cucumber, chopped
- 1 tsp tomato, chopped
- 1/2 tsp coriander leaves, chopped
- lemon juice/imli water (as per taste)
- 1.5 tsp cumin-coriander-red chilli powder, (coarsely pounded) , roasted
- salt and black salt (as per taste)
How to Make Chawli-Moong Chaat

Have the legumes as is or give it a boil in pressure cooker up to 1 whistle.

Transfer the chawli and moong in a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients.

Mix everything well and serve.
