Ingredients of Cheesy Paneer Bread Roll
- 200 Gram paneer
- 1 big green capsicum
- 1 big Onion
- 1 big tomato
- 4 Green Chillies
- 1-inch ginger
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 8 bread slices
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder or chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp amchur or chaat masala
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
How to Make Cheesy Paneer Bread Roll

Finely chop onion, tomato (discard the seeds), capsicum, paneer, green chillies and ginger.

In a big bowl, add the above chopped ingredients along with the breadcrumbs, chilli powder, cumin powder, amchur, pepper and salt. Mix well and keep aside.

In a separate bowl, pour the milk and mix it with half a cup of water. Then dip one slice of bread into it. Squeeze it between both your palms and flatten it.

Add 1 tbsp of the mixture prepared earlier inside this slice and seal it to form a roll. Repeat with the remaining slices.

In a kadhai, heat enough oil for deep frying. On medium flame, fry 3-4 rolls at a time until golden brown. Remove excess oil on paper.
6.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or hari chutney.
