Chicken keema bread roll is the non-vegetarian variation of the bread roll. As the name itself explains it, instead of stuffing the bread with aloo, we stuff it with chicken keema.

Ingredients of Chicken Keema Bread Roll

  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Finely chopped onion
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds powder
  • 5 Bread slices
  • 1 tsp Mint Leaves
  • 1 tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken keema
  • 1 Mashed potatoes
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Beaten eggs
  • Bread Crumbs

How to Make Chicken Keema Bread Roll

In a pan heat some vegetable oil to this add cumin seeds, ginger & garlic paste, one finely chopped onion and salt to taste.

Once the Onions are cooked add turmeric, cumin seeds powder and saute it. Put off the flame and leave it to cool.

Take bread slices and flatten it with the help of rolling pin.

For stuffing, take a large mixing bowl put the sauted onions, mixture of mint leaves, coriander leaves, and chopped green chillies.
5.
Add cooked chicken keema, mashed potatoes and one lemon juice. Mix it well.
6.
Take a frying pan and fill it with vegetable oil and heat it on a low flame.
