Ingredients of Chicken Dosa
- Dosa batter
- For chicken:
- 200 gms minced chicken
- 2 tsp curry leaves
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 Green chilly (slit)
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- Oil (as needed)
- to taste salt
How to Make Chicken Dosa

Prepare chicken stuffing:

Heat oil in a pressure cooked and saute curry leaves, onions and green chilies for about 5 minutes. Let the onion turn brown.

Now add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree. Mix well.

Add in the masalas, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.

Now along with 1/2 cup water, add chicken mince. Pressure cook for about 5 minutes.

Once done, make sure the chicken mince is dry. Tranfer ina bowl and keep aside.
Prepare dosa:

Heat a griddle and drop a ladle of runny dosa batter on it. Spread it evenly in a circular motion.

Place about 2 tbsp of chicken mix on it, spread and add ghee to it.
3.
Cover and cook for about 4-5 minutes until it is crisp.

Serve hot.
