Ingredients of Instant Oats Dosa

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp Sooji
  • 1/2 tbsp Rice flour/Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 7-8 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Ginger Grated
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Coriander (Chopped)
  • 1 small Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Oil

How to Make Instant Oats Dosa

First, roast the oats lightly. Now let it cool down and add some fenugreek seeds to it and make powder.

Take out this powder in a bowl, add one spoon of semolina and rice flour to it.

If you do not have rice flour, then you can also add a spoonful of wheat flour to it. One spoon curd, salt as per taste, black pepper, asafoetida, curry leaves, grated ginger. Mix all the things.

Make a good consistency batter by adding water as per the requirement. Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes, now add finely chopped green chilies, curry leaves and finely chopped onions.

Flip the other side and bake lightly and serve with chutney or sambar.
