Traditionally, dosas are made using a rice and urad dal batter. In this recipe, semolina, poha and salt have been used to make this instant set dosa. This is a quick and easy breakfast recipe.

Ingredients of Instant Set Dosa

  • 1 cup Poha (soaked)
  • 1 cup Sooji
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Fruit salt
  • Oil (as required)
  • 1/4 cup Curd

How to Make Instant Set Dosa

Take semolina, soaked poha, curd and salt in a mixer jar. Add some water to it and blend till the smooth batter is ready.

Take it out in a bowl and balance the consistency by adding a little water if the batter seems thick.

Add fruit salt to this batter and mix, you will see that the batter has swelled.

Now grease the pan by applying little oil with the help of a brush.
5.
Put batter on it and spread it a little, it is baked from one side only. After roasting, serve with your favorite chutney.
