Ingredients of Chickpea cutlet
- 1 Cup Soaked chickpea
- 1/2 cup Chopped onions
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- Chilies (chopped)
- 5-6 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
- Medium-sized Ginger (chopped)
- Chopped coriander
- as required Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Salt as required
How to Make Chickpea cutlet
1.
Take soaked chickpeas and add them in grinder along with ginger, garlic, chili, salt, and pepper, and make a smooth paste.

Remove the paste to a bowl, add chopped onions, half of the bread crumbs, maida, Italian seasoning and mix well.
3.
Shape into a cutlet and pan fry with minimum oil.
4.
Pair it up with your favourite chutney and savour!
