Ingredients of Chilli Cheese Dosa
- 1/2 Cup Soaked Rice
- 1/4 cup Chana dal (soaked)
- Urad dal (soaked)
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
How to Make Chilli Cheese Dosa

Blend rice, urad dal and channa dal, salt and some water together in a blender.

Grease a non-stick pan with oil, add batter onto it and spread it in a circular motion.

Now add chilli flakes and grated cheese on top of the dosa.

Wait and let the cheese melt.
