Ingredients of Creamy Mushroom Chicken

  • 250 gms Chicken (boneless)
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • For Mushroom Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • Button Mushroom (Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard sauce
  • 1 Cup Mixture (half cup Milk + half cup Cream)
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese
  • Parsley (chopped)

How to Make Creamy Mushroom Chicken

For Marinating Chicken:

1.
Take chicken in mixing bowl with mixed herb, and lemon pepper, Olive Oil, Garlic Paste mix it well and keep it aside.

For Mushroom Sauce

1.
Heat olive oil in a wok, add garlic paste and saute it.

Then add finely chopped onion and saute it, till it becomes pink color.
3.
Increase the flame and add button mushroom into it and saute it for some time.
4.
Add mustard sauce and saute it. Now add milk and cream mixture, salt and mix it well. Cook this for 2-3 mins.
5.
Finally add parmesan cheese and parsley, mix it well.
6.
Once it is cooked, your mushroom sauce is ready.

For Grilling Chicken:

1.
Heat a grill pan and put marinated chicken pieces on it. Grill them properly for 3-4 mins.

For Creamy Mushroom Chicken:

1.
Pour the mushroom sauce in serving platter and add grilled chicken pieces on it.
2.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
3.
Now the creamy mushroom chicken is ready to be served.
