- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 10 mint leaves, and extra for garnish
- 100 ml or 7 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 honey
- 1-inch ginger (optional)
- 2 cups club soda/ sparkling water
- 1 cup water, or as needed
- Ice cubes, as required
- Pinch of salt
How to Make Cucumber Mint Mocktail (Without Sugar)

In a blender, mix diced cucumber, lemon juice, mint leaves, water, honey, ginger and salt. Blend to get a smooth, runny puree-like mixture.
