Ingredients of Egg Bhel Puri

  • 1 Cup Murmura
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 tsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Potato
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt

How to Make Egg Bhel Puri

In a bowl add murmura, roasted peanuts, red chilli powder, salt, chopped onions, tomatoes and potatoes.

Mix this all very well.

Now take a spoon of mustard oil and mix with it. Keep this aside.

Now take two boiled eggs and chop them in small pieces after they are done.
5.
Top these boiled eggs on the prepared mix and garnish with chaat masala. Serve and enjoy!
