Ingredients of Garlic Butter Chicken
- 1/2 Kg Boneless chicken pieces
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 small onion (chopped )
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- Salt according to taste
- 1 tsp cornflour powder
- 2 tsp All-purpose flour (maida)
- Spring onion chopped (Optional)
- Italian seasoning (optional)
How to Make Garlic Butter Chicken

In a bowl add boneless chicken chunks, salt, half of the pepper, egg, and mix well. Now add the maida and let it coat well. Mix and keep it aside for at least 15 minutes.

Fry the chicken chunks until golden brown on all sides.

In another pan add butter and minced garlic, mix until the raw smell is gone. Now add onions, red chili flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper and mix well.

Make cornflour slurry with 1 tsp. cornflour and one bowl of water. Add the slurry to the pan and mix well.

Once the slurry is well cooked, add one bowl of water and make it liquidy enough to coat all the chicken pieces.

Add the fried chicken and mix until all pieces are coated with the gravy. Garnish with spring onions in the end and serve hot.
