Ingredients of Ginger Cinnamon Tea

  • 2 slices Ginger
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 Star anise
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Cardamom pods
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 500 ml Water

How to Make Ginger Cinnamon Tea

Heat water in a pan and add fresh ginger, cinnamon sticks, star anise, clove, cardamom pod and honey.

Boil it for around 10-15 minutes and then drain out the masalas and ginger.

Add honey to sweeten the tea. Serve hot!
