Ingredients of Hoagie Salad (Cucumber Salad)
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 tsp Sichuan pepper
- 3-4 Coriander sprigs
- 1 ball local Bhutanese cheese
- 2 pieces or more hot green chillies
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- Few drops of oil
- Salt to taste
How to Make Hoagie Salad (Cucumber Salad)

1. Cut the cucumber and green chilli uniformly.

2. Then put in a bowl and add Sichuan pepper, salt, red chilli flakes and crumble the cheese.Toss it well so that it gets mixed well.3. Now put some leaves of coriander and mix it. Add few drops of oil. 4. Garnish with coriander sprigs and serve it.
