Ingredients of Hyderabadi Chicken Korma
- 500 gms chicken pieces
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 Bay leaf
- 3 Cardamom pods
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 2-3 Cloves
- 1/2 curd
- 15 cashews (soaked in warm water)
- to taste salt
- to taste red chilli powder
How to Make Hyderabadi Chicken Korma

Grind tomatoes and cashews to make paste.

In a heavy pan, heat some ghee (clarified butter). Add the whole spices and let them splutter.

Saute onions and ginger-garlic paste. Add chicken pieces and fry till they change colour.
4.
Add tomato-cashew paste, salt and red chilli powder. When gravy starts leaving oil on sides, add curd and saute for a minute.
