Karam dosa is a popular dish in Andhra Pradesh. It is made with red chilli chutney along with garlic gramflour and served with onion chutney.

Ingredients of Karam Dosa
- As Required Dosa Batter
- For Chutney:
- 5-6 cloves Garlic
- 10-11 Dried Red Chilli
- 2 small Onion
- 1 tbsp Tamarind
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- For the Gram Flour
- 1 cup Roasted Gram Dal
- 5-6 Garlic
How to Make Karam Dosa

Prepare the dosa batter beforehand.
For Chutney
1.
Heat oil in a pan, add dried red chillies and let them splutter. Once done, transfer it into the grinder and add onion, garlic, tamarind. Grind everything together into a smooth paste.

Transfer the paste into the bowl. Then heat oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds and let them splutter for 10-12 seconds.

Pour the crackling mustard seeds over the chutney and keep it aside. Your chutney is ready.
For Garlic Gramflour

Then properly clean the grinder and wipe all the moisture and then grind the chickpeas along with the garlic to a smooth powder.
For Dosa

Now heat oil in a dosa pan, take a ladle or a katori filled with the batter and smear it in a circular motion to make a thin crepe.

Let it cook for 10 seconds. Now spread the red chutney properly on top of the dosa.
3.
Flip the dosa and let it cook from other side.
4.
Place it on a serving plate and sprinkle with the garlic flavored gram flour on top and serve.
5.
Pair it up with onion or coconut chutney and enjoy!
