Ingredients of Lemon Pork
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 20 shallots small
- 175 gm pork
- 2 Tbsp fish sauce
- 225 ml coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon rind
- 5 spring onions
- Coriander leaves to garnish
How to Make Lemon Pork

In a wok or deep frying pan, heat the oil and fry the shallots until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

In the same hot oil, stir-fry the pork, adding the fish sauce.

When the pork is just cooked through, add the reserved crispy shallots, stir, than add the coconut milk. Stir well.
4.
Then add the lemon juice, lemon rind and spring onions. Stir well.
5.
Turn out on a warmed serving dish and garnish the lemony pork with coriander leaves.
