Ingredients of Mango Mousse
- 1 Fresh Mango (sliced)
- 200gm Whipping Cream
- 100gm Powdered Sugar
- 50gm Mango Pulp
- Mint Leaves (for garnish)
- Red Cherry (for garnish)
How to Make Mango Mousse

In a large bowl, take whipping cream and powdered sugar. Using a kitchen aid, beat on low speed and beat until the cream turns stiff peaks. Now add mango pulp (puree) and mix gently. Mix until everything is well combined. Keep aside.

Take a small Martini glass and layer with sliced mango and prepared mango cream. Top it with mango pulp. Refrigerate it until it sets well and garnish with mint and cherry.
