Ingredients of Mango Sorbet
- 4 Cups frozen mango pieces
- 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
- 7 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of salt
- ¼ cup water, or as required
How to Make Mango Sorbet

Add frozen mango pieces, sugar, lime juice and a pinch of salt to a food processor or mixer.

Mix all ingredients to form a smooth pulp. Add a little water, if required. But a runny consistency needs to be avoided.

Scrape down the sides to ensure no pieces are left. Blitz again. Taste to adjust the sweetness level.

You can enjoy a soft sorbet immediately. But if you want it to be firmer, transfer the mixture to a sealed container and freeze it for 3 hours or more.

Allow the frozen sorbet to thaw for around 10 minutes at room temperature before scooping it.
