Ingredients of Mushroom Fry

  • 250 gms Mushroom, chopped
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2-3 Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • A pinch of Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Mushroom Fry

Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions till they are golden. Add the green chilli and fry them too.

Now add the mushrooms and cook till it starts to sweat.

Season with cumin powder, turmeric powder, pepper, garam masala and salt.
