How to Make Oats Manchurian
1.
Take a bowl and add in the vegetables, oats flour and a little bit of rice flour with seasonings.
2.
Make small bowls by using this batter. (Remember: The batter should be smooth and soft enough so that the balls do not fall apart while baking or roasting).
3.
Take an idli/appe pan or a baking tray, place these balls on top of it and bake it for 5-6 minutes and keep rotating in the middle until golden brown.
4.
Then heat a little bit of oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste along with all the chopped veggies, sauté for some time.
5.
Then add sauces along with salt and pepper, and cook everything well for 2-3 minutes.
6.
Lastly, add baked Manchurian balls into the mixture and simmer it for 5 minutes. Add water if required or if you want a little more gravy.
7.
Serve and enjoy!
