  • 3 Broccoli stems
  • 30 gms panko crumble
  • 20 gms parmesan
  • 1 Lemon
  • 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 gms pepper crush
  • 100 gms salt

How to Make Panko Crumbed Heart of Broccoli

Clean and trim the steams of broccoli, slice into thin pieces.

Marinate with salt, pepper and lime, crumb and set aside.

Prepare 10-day marinated parmesan crumble:

Marinate a block of parmesan with lime rind, lemon juice & extra virgin olive oil and keep for 10 days in cold temperature.

For Plating:
