Boiled broccoli is roasted in little ghee and seasoned with ginger, garlic and cumin seeds. This recipe of roasted broccoli is a great way to cook and consume the vegetable.

Ingredients of Roasted Broccoli
- 1 Medium-sized broccoli
- 7-8 Garlic cloves, grated
- 1/2 inch Ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Ghee, for roasting

Wash and cut broccoli into separate florets. Boil in water till soft.
Strain and leave it to cool down. Roast cumin seeds in 1-2 tbsp ghee. Add grated ginger and garlic.
When the spices release aroma, add broccoli, sprinkle some salt and pepper, and roast.
When broccoli turns slightly brown and crisp, turn off the gas. Sprinkle lime juice and serve.
