Ingredients of Pui Bhaji
- 1 kg pui leaves-washed and chopped
- 2 Tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp sugar-optional
How to Make Pui Bhaji

1. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.

2. Let the seeds get splutter.

3. Add chopped vegetables (optional), salt to taste, haldi and sugar.

4. Stir fry till cooked.
