How to Make Punjabi Tadka Maggi
1.
In a pan heat oil and add onion, tomatoes, capsicum, peas and carrots.
2.
Cook this until the vegetables are slightly soft. Now add the maggi masala and garam masala and some salt and mix well.
3.
Once this masala has been cooked, add 2 cups water.
4.
Boil the masala and water together and add Maggi noodles.
5.
Cover the lid and let this cook for some time.
6.
Once the Maggie is almost done, heat another pan and add butter to it.
7.
Once the butter is heated, add chopped garlic and dried red chilli.
8.
Once it starts to splutter, add Kashmiri chilli powder and remove from heat once everything is mixed well.
9.
Get back to your maggi, it should be well cooked by now. Take off the heat and add this tadka on top.
10.
Mix the tadka well and serve hot.
