Maggi bhel includes tomato, onion, green chilli, sev, masalas and more. All we do is replacing the murmura (puffed rice) with roasted Maggi.

Ingredients of Maggi Bhel

  • 1 Packet Maggi Noodles
  • 2 tsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1 tsp Chopped Green chilli
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
  • Lime juice, as per taste
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Maggi Masala pre-mix
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Sev
  • 1/2 tsp Pomegranate pearls

How to Make Maggi Bhel

Coarsely crush the Maggi.

Heat oil in a pan and roast the coarsely crushed Maggi.
3.
Take all the other ingredients in a bowl (except sev, anar dana and some coriander leaves).
4.
Mix everything well.
5.
Add sev and roasted Maggi to it and mix.
6.
Garnish with pomegranate and coriander leaves and serve.
