Ingredients of Roti Pizza
- 2 Rotis
- 100 gm Grated cheese
- 250 gm Corn
- 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 Capsicum, chopped
- 250 gm Mushroom, chopped
- 1 Small onion, chopped
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
How to Make Roti Pizza

Start by adding corn, mushroom and onion in a bowl. Season it with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano and mix well.

Take a roti, spread pizza sauce on it till it reaches all corners. Garnish it with cheese, be generous.

Add the seasoned vegetables on top of the cheese.

Bake the roti pizza in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. You can also slow cook it in a tawa till the cheese melts. The roti pizza or rotizza is ready!
