Ingredients of Vegan Pizza

  • 0.5 tsp Dried yeast
  • 0.25 cup Lukewarm water
  • 0.7 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.5 cup Pizza sauce
  • 0.5 cup Vegan mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 0.5 cup Vegan cheddar cheese, grated
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning

How to Make Vegan Pizza

Whisk yeast and water and let it rest for about 5 minutes.

Take a large bowl and add salt and flour. Make a well in the centre and add the yeast mixture along with olive oil.

Use your hands to mix the dough until smooth.

Dust a kitchen surface with flour and transfer the dough onto it. Gently knead the dough.

Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl and cover it with a plastic wrap. Set it aside for 30 minutes.

Now transfer the dough onto a floured kitchen surface and knead again. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.

Take the amount of dough for one pizza and roll it to get a 12-inch pizza shape. Place it on a pizza pan/baking sheet. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes.

Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread pizza sauce on it. Sprinkle vegan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake the pizza for another 10-12 minutes and serve hot.
