Ingredients of Seviyon Ka Muzaffar
- 150 gms sewaiyan
- 100 gms khoya
- 50 gms sugar
- 5 gms cardamom powder
- 150 gms milk
- 250 gms pure ghee
- 25 gms almonds
- 100 gms water
- 20 gms khajur
- 25 gms pista
- 25 gms cashew nuts
- 25 gms jaggery
How to Make Seviyon Ka Muzaffar

First, heat ghee in a pan. Add crushed sewaiyan (vermicelli) and fry it on low flame. After a few minutes, add chopped dry fruits and continue frying for a few more minutes.

Remove the pan from the flame. Now, gently roast the khoya on low flame for a few minutes in another pan, then add it to the sewaiyan.

Prepare sugar syrup by adding water to sugar and cooking it in another pan. Now, add milk to the fried sewaiyan and simmer it on low flame for 5-7 minutes.

Then, add jaggery to the mixture. Add the sugar syrup to the sewaiyan and simmer on low flame for 5-7 minutes.

The dish is now ready; serve it garnished with chopped dry fruit.
