Ingredients of Shahi Mutton Leg Roast
- Whole Mutton Leg
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 cup Curd
How to Make Shahi Mutton Leg Roast

Make slits in the pieces of mutton leg first. Put salt and ginger-garlic mixture on it to marinate.

Put it in the fridge for a few hours.

Now heat some oil in a pan and sauté some onions. Then combine tomatoes, ginger, and garlic.

Mix red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, chaat masala, haldi powder, and salt in curd. Combine and apply to the mutton leg.

Place this on a baking sheet, then top with the tomato-onion mixture.

Bake this until it is done.
