Ingredients of Instant Pot Mutton Curry

  • 300 gm Mutton
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Tomato, chopped
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 4 Black peppercorns
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 Black cardamom
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 tsp Haldi
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Instant Pot Mutton Curry

First, heat the pot and add oil in it. Add the whole spices and saute for around 20 seconds.

Add hari mirch, ginger, garlic and onions. Saute well. Add the spices and chopped tomatoes. Give it a nice mix.

Add the mutton pieces for around 4-5 minutes. Stir well and add more water if required.

Change the instant pot setting to high pressure for 20 minutes. Once done, let the pressure release. Add the lemon juice.
5.
Instant pot mutton curry is ready!
