Ingredients of Shiitake Fried Rice with Water Chestnuts

  • 1 Cup Shitake mushroom
  • 2-3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4 Cloves garlic
  • Green chillies
  • 2-3 Water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 big Tbsp Leeks
  • 1 big Tbsp Celery, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 big drop Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Rice (cooked)
  • A pinch of White pepper
  • Salt to season
  • A dash Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 stalk Spring onions
  • Small bunch Parsley
  • 1 big drop Sesame oil

How to Make Shiitake Fried Rice with Water Chestnuts

Slice the shitake mushrooms, green chillies & water chestnuts.

Heat a wok with vegetable oil.
3.
Put onions, celery and leeks.
4.
Add grated ginger, mushrooms and sliced water chestnuts.
5.
Put in the cooked rice, spring onions, few drops soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic and sesame oil.
6.
Stir fry nicely and serve in a bowl.
