Stuffed Papad Rolls Recipe: To make these papad potato rolls, pockets of spiced potato stuffing are rolled in papad and then deep-fried. A simple yet satisfying snack, these rolls can be served with a variety of chutneys or dips. They are also a great choice for a party appetiser.

Ingredients of Stuffed Papad Rolls
- 6 medium-sized papads
- Oil for deep-frying
- For the stuffing:
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 1 green capsicum, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin (jeera) powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
- 1/2 tsp mango powder (aamchur)
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Salt to taste
How to Make Stuffed Papad Rolls

Mash the potatoes well and combine them with the rest of the ingredients of the stuffing. Set aside

Take a big bowl of water and gently dip a papad into it for a few seconds. Remove and place on a flat surface. Pat the papad using a clean cloth to remove excess moisture.

Place 1 tbsp of the prepared aloo stuffing in the middle of this papad. Carefully fold the edges from all sides to form a sealed roll.

Repeat the process with the remaining papads. Deep fry these rolls until golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney and/ or ketchup.
