- 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
- For White Colour
- 1 cup Mascropone Cheese
- 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
- For Boondi
- 1/3 cup Gram flour
- A Pinch of Orange Colour
- A Pinch of Yellow food colour
- 2 cups Refined Oil for boondi frying
- Sugar Syrup for Boondi
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 4 Green Cardamoms
- A Pinch of saffron
- A Pinch of Orange colour
- Few drops of rose water
How to Make Tri Colour Kiwi Motichoor Parfait

Peel and dress the kiwi slices as per your desired shape and mixed with powder sugar and keep in fridge.

Mix the cheese with powder sugar and keep aside.

Use the sugar syrup ingredients and make thin sugar syrup and keep a side.

Take all the boondi ingredients and prepare a thick batter and pass the batter from the thick sieve and fry them.

Remove the boondi after frying remove the excess oil and dip into the sugar syrup.

Keep the boondi for 10 minutes in the sugar syrup.
