Ingredients of Unicorn Easter Eggs
- 80 gms Dark Compound Chocolate
- 30 gram Hazelnut Ganache
- 10 gram Rainbow Pearls
- 10 gram Chocolate Coated Butter Scotch Pearls
- 1 Packet Gems
- 1 Packet Chocolate Balls
- Butter Cream For Garnish
- 100 gram Unsalted Butter
- 80 gram Icing Sugar
- 2 gram Pink Colour
- 2 gram Yellow Colour
- 2 gram White Fondant
- 1 gram Gold Dust
- Hazelnut Ganache
- 200 gram Milk Chocolate
- 100 gram Fresh Cream
- 40 gram Hazelnut Cocoa Spead
- 1 Cap Hazelnut Monin Syrup
How to Make Unicorn Easter Eggs
For The Egg

You would require a large egg mould for this.

Melt the dark chocolate compound in glass bowl over double boiler. Make sure it does not over heat.

Pour the melted dark chocolate in the plastic mould and coat it well. Turn over the mould and empty out the excess chocolate. Leave to set and dry.

Once the shells are ready, pour the hazelnut ganache around 30 grams and cover with dark chocolate. Once the dark chocolate is set, fill it with rainbow pearls, chocolate coated butter scotch pearls, chocolate balls and gems.

Stick both the shells together.
For Butter Cream
1.
Mix all the ingredients together until fluffy.
For The Hazelnut Ganache
1.
Take fresh cream in saucepan, bring it to boil and pour on milk chocolate. Mix well then add chocolate hazelnut spread, monin syrup and set it aside.
2.
Use unicorn colours in the butter cream and garnish the easter eggs.
3.
Green, yellow, purple, red, blue, torquoise colours, you can use for Easter garnish.
For The Unicorn Horn
1.
Take a bit of fondant roll it and dust with golden spray.
