Nestled in the heart of Connaught Place, Delhi, Desi Villagio is a village themed restaurant offering a range of yummy north Indian dishes. The restaurant has a beautiful ambience and is the perfect place to visit with your family! To get a taste of their food, we recently visited the cafe.
First, we began our meal with some yummy starters. We were served a plate of Veg shami kebab. The kebabs were perfectly charred on the outside and were soft from the inside. Then we had some Patiala murgh tikka, another one of the dishes that was simply tasty. Both these dishes were served with green chutney and onion rings.
For the main course, we went with the North Indian classics- Dal Makhani, Paneer Tikka Masala and Naan! The dal makhani came in a handi and an amazing flavour of ghee in it. The tangy paneer tikka masala was one of our personal favourites and our top recommendation to you! They also had many other options of dals and sabzis, which you can order.
Lastly, we ended our meal with light vanilla ice cream and chocolate!
