Ingredients:

10-15 prawns, grilled

1 tsp mustard seeds

6-7 curry leaves

Half tsp turmeric powder

Half cup onion tomato masala

1 cup masala gravy

salt to taste

Half tbsp red chilli powder

Half tbsp coriander powder

Fresh Coriander to garnish

Ginger julienned to garnish

2 tbsp oil

Method:

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.

Add the curry leaves and turmeric powder.

Add onion tomato masala and stir well.

Add 1 cup of masala gravy.

Add salt to taste.

Next, add red chilli powder and coriander powder.

Finally, add the grilled prawns and stir well.

Add fresh coriander and julienned ginger and garnish.

And a delectable plate of Malabari seared prawn is ready to be served!
