Guests can experience Robatayaki, or robata, a traditional Southeast Asian "fireside cooking" technique with social and interactive elements. Moreover, diners can feast on meticulously crafted ramen delicacies that will also include “Kansui”, a special alkaline water that gives the ramen noodles succulent spice and tensile texture.
