Hyderabadi Mutton Marag Recipe: Here's How To Make Hyderabadi Mutton Marag

First, in a pressure cooker, add cloves, cardamom, ginger-garlic paste, onions and saute them till onions are soft. Then add the mutton pieces and cook it till the colour changes. Then add water and pressure cooker it till tender. Till it cooks, make a fine paste with green chillies, cashews, coconut, pistachios, and chironji seeds. Then mix this paste in the mutton with curd. Once this mix starts boiling, throw in garam masala, pepper, red chilli powder, salt, jeera powder, coriander powder and a few mint leaves. Let it come to a boil. Finally, add a bit of the cream from the top and serve.
