If not, Priya, also known as the "Viral Van Girl", has come up with a new pasta recipe that she dropped on her Instagram handle. After taking a look at Priya's innovative twist, the foodie community is mostly loving the creation, while some users have mixed opinions.

In the video, Priya begins the process by boiling rotelle pasta. Meanwhile, she uses a blender to create a purée by blending tomatoes, coriander seeds, cumin, red chilli powder, spinach, carrots, and tomato purée. Next, Priya takes a pan, adds some olive oil, and incorporates asafoetida into it. Then, she adds the prepared purée to the pan, along with oregano. The boiled pasta is then introduced into the mixture. To enhance creaminess, Priya sprinkles some almond flour on top. While plating the pasta, she also places cheese slices on the top.
