In this quick and easy tandoori gobhi recipe, cauliflower florets are marinated in a tandoori masala and then grilled to perfection. The tandoori masala is made with cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, nutmeg, ginger, coriander, methi seeds and ajwain ground together.
