You can use the tuber to make endless delicacies. This weekend try making this appetiser and take your family by surprise.

The recipe was posted by Mumbai-based blogger Alpa Modi. To make the rolls you would need some mozzarella cheese, mashed potatoes, chilli flakes, mixed Italian herbs, black pepper powder, salt, and cornflour. You would also need a few sticks around which you are supposed to place the cheese and potato mix. In this recipe, a solid block of cheese is covered with a mix of potatoes and herbs.

Here's a pro tip; apply some cornflour on your palm to make sure the potatoes don't stick to your hand. When you fry these rolls, they would resemble somewhat like potato croquettes. This crispy snack oozing with cheese is a delight for kids and adults, alike. Serve it with tomato ketchup or any sauce you like.
