Daliya is a popular breakfast dish that is prepared in almost every Indian household. It's light, healthy, and quick to make. To spice things up, here's a recipe for an interesting masala dal daliya that adds many more nutrients and flavours from various healthy foods. This wholesome daliya recipe uses a delicious mixture of tomatoes, flavourful spices, dal, and of course, daliya. It is thick, filling and utterly satisfying in contrast to regular daliya. Whole red chillies are also included in this recipe to add spice, but you can swap them out for green chillies or adjust the amount to suit your preferences.

Shilpa Arora, a Macrobiotic Nutritionist and Health Practitioner, says, "Moong Dal is extremely light and high in protein. The high fibre content of the dal keeps you satisfied for a long time.
